We handle discrimination complaints, offer mandatory training, advise on equity issues, and facilitate accommodations—ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace.

CSU Systemwide Policies

Human Resources supports equal opportunity by:

  • Investigating complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation from faculty, students, and staff.
  • Responding to complaints filed through outside agencies such as the Office of Civil Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
