Project Updates:

Project Completed 08/10/2018

  •  All 3rd party testing has been accepted by PG&E
  • Witness testing on May 8 was successful at switchgear.
  • Planned campus outage on Saturday, June 2nd was completed successfully.
  • PG&E energization of new switchgear and Contractor work to re-feed campus was completed June 6.

Switchgear Replacement Scope of Work

This project will replace and upgrade the 12kV main campus electrical switchgear as well as replace building transformers for approximately nine buildings. This includes the 1200A main breaker and three 1200A feeder breakers. The project also includes replacement of the existing PG&E main campus conductors from pole to new switchgearIn addition, the selector switches will be evaluated and those requiring replacement will be replaced.
