Facilities Management
Welcome to the Facilities Management Department—we help to create a safe, functional, and enjoyable campus environment at Cal Poly Humboldt. Our team handles the day-to-day maintenance of the Cal Poly Humboldt campus, including planning, designing, and construction, facility and custodial services, and maintenance operations.

Our capital projects aim to make the Humboldt campus both beautiful and functional. From student housing to engineering and technology spaces, we have multiple major and minor capital projects ongoing across the campus community.

Facilities Management strives to provide expert maintenance services to the entire campus community. This includes electrical, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC services. Our Customer Service Center is the primary contact to report emergency or maintenance requests.
