  • Over winter break 2018-2019, Facilities Management has scheduled the following elevator modernization projects:

    LIBRARY: Complete

    GIST HALL: December 21st, 2019 - January 21st, 2020

    NATURAL RESOURCES: Complete 8/29/19

  • Contracts have been signed for elevator modernizations of Natural Resources, Gist Hall and Library Main. This work will occur primarily during school breaks at Thanksgiving and Winter Break 2018 and Summer 2019.

Elevator System Replacement Scope of Work

This project will conduct a comprehensive feasibility study to inventory the university's active elevators and identify prioritization for replacement based on establish risk factors based on use, typical occupancy, and safety risk.
