Resident Services Student Assistant (RSSA)
Under the direction of the Resident Services Coordinator, the Resident Services student staff serve as the front-line person with duties such as: answering telephones, greeting the public, answering questions, referring students and visitors to appropriate Housing staff and other campus departments, filing documents, photocopying, processing mail & packages, and operating the specialized in-house computer system.

Conference Services Student Assistant Staff
Conference Desk Student Assistant
Under the direction of the Conference Coordinator and the Resident Services Coordinator, the Conference Desk Student Assistant serve as the first contact to conference guests with duties such as: answering telephones, greeting the public, answering questions, referring students and visitors to appropriate Housing staff and other campus departments, filing documents, photocopying, faxing and collating documents, inputting packages, delivering letter mail, and operating the specialized in-house computer system.

Residence Life
Resident Advisor (RA)
There are over 40 Resident Advisors who live in the halls with residents. These amazing Student Leaders are committed to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all residents. They enforce community standards, plan events, and respond to emergency situations as they arise. The RAs serve as mentors to various students in different communities within the residence halls, and connect residents to resources on campus.

Activities Student Assistant (ASA)
The Activities Student Assistants plan events that correspond the various living learning communities in the Residence Halls, including Outdoor Adventure & Recreation, Klamath Connection, and Sankofa. Along with planning theme programs, the ASAs work closely with the Resident Advisors. Activities Student Assistants (ASAs) are not required to live on-campus, and report directly to the Residence Life Coordinator of Academic Initiatives.

EcoReps educate their peers about sustainable practices in the residence halls, from waste reduction to energy conservation and sustainable transportation. An initiative of Green Campus, EcoReps gain green workforce skills and knowledge as they engage campus residents through events, outreach campaigns and competitions. This is a paid student position.
