Sustainability Faculty Fellow
The Sustainability Faculty Fellow (SFF) was a position established by Provost Jenn Capps in 2021 that served through Spring 2024. The selected fellow worked closely with the Office of Sustainability in Facilities Management, the Center for Teaching and Learning, the College of Arts, Humanities, & Social Science, the College of Professional Studies, the College of Natural Resources, and the Office of the Provost to implement and evaluate programs to support sustainability. The fellow received WTU's for serving in the position.

*In AY 24-25, the position was put on pause due to staff turnover and budget considerations.
Projects
- Sustainability Certificate development
- Partnering with various stakeholders including the Sustainability Office in Facilities Management and Academic Affairs to design and implement initiatives to promote sustainability
- Partner with the Office of the Provost to continue work on best practices to designate sustainability-focused and sustainability -related courses in the catalog and to design and implement a plan for Institutional Learning Outcome (ILO) 1 & 2
- Develop and provide formal and informal training
- Attend and contribute to the Humboldt Advisory Committee on Sustainability
- Graduation Cord coordination
