Coffee Cart Operations
Clubs running coffee carts are operating as retail cash collection points on campus and must abide by all rules, regulations, procedures and policies for retail stores including federal, state and local laws. Given the amount of responsibility and efforts to run an maintain these coffee carts, our offices help student clubs stay in compliance by providing training on food and money handling.
