Change in Operational Hours
Both Cashiers and Student Accounts will be open for operation Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. After 4:00 PM both offices will be closed to the public.

Spring Term 2025 | |

| Registered by January 6, 2025 | Fees are due by January 13, 2025 |
| Registered on or after January 7, 2025 | Fees due in 7 days |
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that all fees are paid by the fee deadline, including submitting any supporting documents. Failure to pay all outstanding tuition and fees by the due date will result in a financial hold on your student account.

| Freeze Date (last day to add/drop) | Two (2) weeks after the start of the semester |
Protecting Student Privacy
Cal Poly Humboldt students are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which prevents the university from disclosing any personally identifiable information from the education record to anyone other than the student (or student authorized individual).
