Student Association Fee

✓ote yes!
For The A.S. Fee Referendum

Associated Students manages and distributes student paid funds known as the "Student Association Fee". A.S. provides event funding, travel funding, support to food pantry; 87 paid student positions. This includes RSO Grants, student wages, basic needs funds, sustainable funding, conference finding, and cultural centers collaboration grants!

What does this mean?

When adjusting an existing category II campus-based mandatory fee such as the Student Association Fee, there are processes that our campus should go through. We want to ensure appropriate and meaningful consultation from all members of the campus community, with special consideration for the students before any changes are made.

What are the benefits?

A proposed Student Association Fee increase will allow for funding to continue for current programs, current services, and increase in student wages. Many of these programs and services haven't received an increase in student fees in 8 years! In addition, the revenue will allow us to expand programming and travel funding, services for undocumented students, student rights, student jobs, and more!
