Performance evaluations bridge the gap between individual performance and the success of the University at large. Required by policy and collective bargaining agreements, faculty evaluations provide employees with a formal process for on-going feedback. This process acknowledges an employee’s contribution and efforts and identifies areas of improvement. It ensures support and promotes professional success throughout your time at Humboldt.
