CA Dream Act
The CA Dream Act is for California residents who are not US citizens. Submitting a Dream Act application is strictly confidential, and can qualify students for CA State financial aid, such as Cal Grants, to help pay for college.

If you are an undocumented student, there are many resources available to you -- from grants, loans and scholarships to legal and campus support services.
FAFSA
Stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid. This application is available starting October 1st, and has a hard deadling of March 2nd. We encourage all of our seniors to submit the FAFSA, and to submit it early. Students cannot receive state or federal grants or loans without submitting this application.

Humboldt Area Foundation is the community foundation of and for the citizens of the Humboldt, Trinity, and Wild Rivers regions. Applications are available early in the year, and are typically due by March. This is ONE scholarship application to be considered for HUNDREDS of scholarships exclusively for students in this area.
