Queer Outdoors: Stone Lagoon Paddle and Camp

Cost: $75 Cal Poly Humboldt Students, $250 General

Location: Stone Lagoon - Ryan's Campground

Age: 18+

 

Paddle to a secluded campsite in Stone Lagoon, part of the largest lagoon system in the U.S.! Explore marshes, dunes, beaches, and forests while kayaking, then camp overnight at Ryan's Cove. All necessary gear, including kayaks and camping equipment, is provided along with 2 meals (dinner and breakfast).

 

The Queer Outdoors Series is designed to create a supportive, inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies who love the outdoors. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or new to outdoor activities, these events offer a safe space to connect, explore, and learn new skills.
