Join us for an unforgettable weekend of camping and kayaking at Big Lagoon! Paddle through serene marshes, explore stunning dunes and beaches, and camp beneath beautiful trees right by the water at Big Lagoon Campground. All essential gear—including kayaks and camping equipment—is provided, along with two delicious meals (dinner and breakfast). Enjoy your evening by the campfire, relaxing paddle excursions on the largest lagoon in North America, and an immersive experience along the breathtaking Pacific Northwest coastline with a fantastic group of adventurers!
The Queer Outdoors Series is designed to create a supportive, inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies who love the outdoors. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or new to outdoor activities, these events offer a safe space to connect, explore, and learn new skills.
NOTE: There is a required pre-trip meeting for this course at the Outdoor Adventures Main Office to give you trip information, get your gear, decide on food plans, and more. Please check the dates and times and make sure you can attend the meeting for your selected trip. If you are unable to attend, please contact us.
