Working on Multiple Projects

If you are being added to another/new project with the same rate of pay, category, and position as your current projects, Principal Investigators (PI's) can submit a 'Modify/Add/Drop Projects' form electronically through KRONOS. The purpose of this HR Action is to give PI's an easier mechanism to add an existing employee to a new project(s). The sole function of this form is to allow an employee to work on that new project number.

Principal Investigators will have the option to submit other types of HR Actions such as a 'Pay Rate Change' or 'Time Base/Category Change' electronically through KRONOS as well. These additional HR Actions will be routed to include ackowlegements from the Employees.
