Grade Change Tutorial

Beginning August 19, 2021, the links to Official Grade Change forms will be available in myHumboldt (faculty). Grade changes must be initiated by the course instructor (or department chair if the instructor is not available). Grade changes initiated or signed by students will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

Step 1: Go to myHumboldt.

Step 2: Select the appropriate grade change form from the Faculty Center menu

Step 3: The links will take you to Adobe Sign. Select the Continue with Google option. See Using Adobe Sign for additional information.

Step 4: Enter your username email address,  (plus department chair and college dean if applicable for the type of grade change)

Step 5:  Scroll down and click the "Send" button to open the grade change form.

Step 6: After you click send, the grade change form will open. Complete the form fields.

Step 7: Click in the signature field to enter your digital signature.

Step 8: Click to Sign to complete the signing process.

Step 9: After you sign the grade change form, the next person will receive a system generated email request to review and sign.
