An alumna of U.C. Davis and the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy, Joy Dalauidao-Hermsen's expertise comes from leading teams and developing leaders in large companies, start-up environments and not-for-profit organizations. Joy led the Entrepreneurship Program and taught business courses at Santa Rosa Junior Business College. Joy's specialty is in influencing leaders to launch enterprises, while building community and developing each individual's leadership competencies.

She is an enthusiastic believer in the endless potential of the students in the Cal Poly Humboldt Leadership Studies program, and is honored to be part of the faculty team. An effective and inspiring coach with more than 26 years of experience, she helps people discover their strengths, and develop individual leadership skills for success.
