Brittany Brown Ceres, MFA (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) is the chief operating officer at the Eames Institute of Infinite Curiosity in San Antonio Valley, Sonoma County. She focuses on supporting company cultures of excellence, effectiveness, and fulfillment through relevant and holistic iterations in leadership and operations. Previously, as the chief people officer at Skywalker Holdings, LLC, she partnered with leaders to navigate complex organizational structures and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups. With an MFA from SUNY, Purchase, and an M.A. from Stanford, she has worked in private, public, start-up, educational, non-profit, wilderness and municipality environments, catalyzing the human-dynamics that connects them all. Her impact spans businesses for tech entrepreneurs, artists, renowned experts, and high net-worth philanthropists, at the intersection of vision, equity, expansion, and wellness. Brittany is also an artist, a mother, a widow, and she checks her privilege regularly.
