The Degree Audit for Students (DARS)

An academic audit that matches a student’s academic history with their degree requirements. The DARS report is a great advising tool.

Some of these students have partial audits that monitor all-university requirement (units, general education, diversity & common ground, etc.) but do not encompass major requirements.

How to access your advisee's DARS:

Review the audit with the student. If you and your advisee think the audit is not accurate, contact the Office of the Registrar, x 4101. Ask for a transfer/graduation counselor.

The DARS Degree Planner is a useful tool that Students can use to build a degree plan for graduation.

Schedule Planner is a tool for generating class schedules based on the Students courses in their DARS Degree Planner.

Transfer Tools

• ASSIST: A database maintained collaboratively by the CSU, UC and California Community Colleges to help advisors and students determine the transferability of classes.
• Transferology: Designed to help students determine the transferability of courses.
