Make-Up Exams are a 2-Step Process:

  1. Receive Approval from your Instructor.

Additionally, you will need to do the following: 

  • If you are registered with the Campus Disability Resource Office, please contact your advisor or email student504@humboldt.edu with your information.
  • If you are missing your class due to an extenuating circumstance, please email a CARE’s Advisor at dos@humboldt.edu
  • If you are an Athlete, or attending a verified Academic Event please email testing@humboldt.edu

Additional approval from one of the above departments is required to schedule your exam.
