IT Purchasing

Information Technology (IT) goods and services acquired by Humboldt are required to meet standards for accessibility, information security, and system compatibility.

Anything listed below must be submitted via CSUBUY P2P purchase request forms for either IT Hardware or IT Software for review: 

• Any software or web application not on the pre-approved list
• Purchases over $5,000.00
• Any contract or agreement requiring signature or click-through agreement

Items that fall under one or more of the following categories are subject to this process:

• Electronic Content
• Hardware (Computers, Tablets, etc.)
• Software (including renewals)
• Web
• IT Services
