Jen Andersen

Jen was born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA where she still lives with her college sweetheart of 19 years and their two sons. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Sonoma State University in 2011. After spending nearly 11 years working for her family business, she pursued a career in Human Resources – a path that brought her to Sponsored Programs Foundation in 2025. Outside of work, she’s often on the go with her sons’ sports schedules, whether it’s traveling for baseball tournaments or cheering from the sidelines at soccer and flag football games. Jen is a true boy Mom at heart and wouldn't have it any other way!
