Transfer Success Pathway

Cal Poly Humboldt is offering the Transfer Success Pathway program (TSP) for all graduating high school students beginning with the Class of 2023.

Eligibility

The new Transfer Success Pathway program is designed to increase access to Cal Poly Humboldt. If you faced academic, financial, or personal hardships that prevented you from attending, this program could help you get to Cal Poly Humboldt to earn your degree.  All first-time first-year students who opted NOT to enroll at a CSU campus can apply to the TSP.

How to apply

Beginning August 2023, eligible students can submit a TSP application through the Transfer Planner. More information coming soon.

TSP Agreement

You will enter into an agreement with Cal Poly Humboldt.

As your part of the agreement, you will:

  • complete either an Associate Degree for Transfer or an established course of transfer at a California Community College, and
  • map out your coursework using the CSU Transfer Planner portal (coming soon) to ensure you’re on track for your degree.

As our part of the agreement, Humboldt will:

  • guarantee admission to the degree program of your choice, if all requirements are met.
  • give you personalized advising to create an educational plan that will help you transfer within three years or less
