Dates
Location: In person: Arcata
With Sarah Landis, Physical Therapist/Doctor of Physiotherapy/Women's Health Clinical Specialist
This gentle, outdoor movement-based class is designed to help older adults reconnect with their pelvic floor through education, breathwork, and mindful movement. We’ll begin with an hour of approachable, engaging education on pelvic floor anatomy, function, and common changes that occur with aging. Then, we’ll transition into 1.5–2 hours of movement in the park that includes breath-focused exercises, postural awareness, stretching, and strength-building to support bladder health, balance, and overall vitality. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and dress comfortably for movement and the weather.
Registration is closed.
