How to Apply

Applications are due July 1, 2020. No application fee is required.

Eligible applicants must be between the ages of 13 and 23 by August 1, 2020. Proof of age -- such as passport, drivers' license, ID card or birth certificate -- is required. Copies are acceptable.

Applications must be submitted with a completed liability/medical/model release forms, an audition recording of two contrasting works (CD, DVD, mp3 or digital video/audio files), and a photo of the applicant.
