Departments
Budget & Finance
The University Budget Office and Financial Services provides leadership and support in the planning and allocating of campus resources, including developing and implementing budgets, training and educating the campus on financial concepts, accounting, accounts payable, travel, and student financial services.
Campus Resilience & Response
Campus Resilience and Response is comprised of the following functions: parking, campus disability resource center, emergency operations, risk management, and environmental health and safety.
Facilities Management
Departments within Facilities Management include Planning and Design, Plant Operations, Facility Support Services and Sustainability. Facilities Management is the invisible campus community responsible for meeting the daily operational needs of the university's buildings, grounds and utilities.
Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources and Academic Personnel Services (HR&APS) provides guidance and leadership for human resources and faculty affairs planning, policy design, systems, and services aimed at fostering productivity, innovation, safety, and a climate of success in the workplace.
Strategic Business Services
Strategic Business Services at Humboldt includes contracts and procurement, enterprise business strategy, and business Improvement.
Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment & Retaliation Prevention
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal law intended to end sex discrimination in all areas of education. Title IX applies to all recipients of federal funds and covers non-discrimination based on sex or gender, sexual harassment and sexual assault, and program equity.
University Police
The University Police Department (UPD) provides a safe and secure environment for the Cal Poly Humboldt community. It oversees crime prevention, multi-hazard emergency planning, general security, and parking administration and enforcement.
