The 32nd Annual CSU Media Arts Festival is happening October 21-25, 2022

CSU Summer Arts established the Media Arts Festival (MAF) in 1991 to give talented students studying film, broadcasting, video, screenwriting, and new media within the 23-campus California State University system an opportunity to present their work for critical review. The mission of the MAF includes helping students of the CSU bridge the gap between student and working professional and become better prepared to work in the entertainment and media industries.

The 2022 MAF Finalists’ projects will be available for screening from Friday, October 21 through Tuesday, October 25, 2022. This includes Homeless in Humboldt: JP’s Story Episode 1 and Episode 2, by Cal Poly Humboldt students Valentina Joelle Dimas, Gabe Kim, Skylar Gaven, and Rachel Marty. The screening link will be available starting on October 21st via the Attend Page on the MAF website. The MAF Awards Presentation will be Wednesday, October 26, 2022, beginning at 1 pm and will run for about an hour. Registration is not required. The Zoom link for the MAF Awards Presentation is available here.

Have a wonderful rest of your week.
