The Specialized Experiences that Make up Green to Gold
Get priority enrollment for key foundational business courses, putting on the track for academic success.
Gain practical experience through field trips and projects with approachable professors and professional activities outside the classroom.
You’ll be enrolled in Business Essentials, a class that explores the core business functions, how to succeed and thrive in the degree program, and career options.
Guided Enrollment
As part of guided enrollment, PBLC students have the opportunity to enroll into a deliberate selection of courses based on their PBLC. Guided Enrollment alleviates the pressure of finding spaces in courses and will set students on the best path to graduation.
Fall Courses for Green to Gold
Students in Green to Gold will have the opportunity to enroll in:
- BA 105 (Critical Thinking in Organizations)
- BA 120 (Business Essentials)
- BA 202 (Personal and Family Financial Management)
- ENGL 102 or ENGL 104 (Composition and Rhetoric)
These courses are selected in collaboration with the Green to Gold faculty team and are relevant to Green to Gold specific programming.
Spring Courses for Green to Gold
The courses students enroll in for spring semester will depend on what students enrolled in for fall semester. Students in Green to Gold will have the opportunity to enroll in:
- BA 210 (Legal Environment of Business)
- COMM 100 (Fundamentals of Speech)
- MATH (dependent on preparedness)
Students will work with their advisor to fill out the rest of their spring schedule.
