Use this form to request a pre-assignment of a computer lab for an academic class(es). Please, keep in mind that it is the responsibility of the department to purchase software necessary for the class (if it is not already installed on the computers). Visit Lab Software List to check what software is available in the labs of interest to you. To request the installation of the necessary software, visit the Lab & Smart Classroom Software Request page.
