Olympic National Park is an incredible place ranging from glacier-capped mountains to the rocky intertidal ocean beaches.

About Tyler

What would you say to prospective students who are thinking about applying to this program?

If you want to work for the Park Service, find those summer internships or Pathways programs. Also, know that the Park Service has nearly every type of career available from Backcountry and Botany to GIS and Maintenance. If the Park Service is something you want, find the route there, this might mean finding another job to get the work experience. I spent 3 years working as an Outdoor Education Naturalist before I got my first Park Service Job.
