Why did you choose this program?
I chose HSU's LSEE program because of the fieldwork offered through the program. I knew that my experience in the field would better prepare me when I entered the education field.
How did this program prepare you for your job?
The fieldwork helped me gain practical classroom experience. During my fieldwork, I learned many skills that transferred to my own classroom.
What did you enjoy most about the program?
I really enjoyed the community that was created between myself, my cohort members, and my professors and other staff.
What would you say to prospective students who are thinking about applying to this program?
HSU's LSEE program is small and intimate, which is the best part about it. You will gain so many friends and skills along the way.
