Why did you choose this program?
It's the best aquaculture program on the West Coast. It's a very well respected fisheries biology degree and great program!
How did this program prepare you for your job?
Hands on training in the HSU hatchery, the disease lab, and the marine lab were irreplaceable.
What did you enjoy most about the program?
Learning from all of the great fish professors, especially Terry Roelofs and Gary Hendrickson.
What would you say to prospective students who are thinking about applying to this program?
It's a great program to get into the fisheries field. The degree is well respected among fisheries professionals.
