About Elissa
What did you enjoy most about the program?
I enjoyed my professors the most from this program, I am lucky to have had the opportunity to learn from Christina Accomando, Lisa Tremain, Nikkola Hobbel, Marianne Ahokas, and Heal McKnight. Each one of these individuals guided me to my true self and I am forever grateful for them.
What would you say to prospective students who are thinking about applying to this program?
Don’t be afraid to stand up for what you believe in, and please don’t feel like you need to conform yourself into what you believed to be the standard of “English.” We need a range of perspectives in this program, and you have so much to offer whether you believe it or not.
