About David
Why did you choose this program?
I visited several campuses in California, and HSU had the best combination of quality, value, location. One of the best decisions I ever made.
How did this program prepare you for your job?
Space science is not a big part of HSU's purview. But I learned how to attack scientific questions from a wide variety of angles, and this is the key to doing planetary science.
What did you enjoy most about the program?
I loved the camaraderie amongst the students and the down to Earth, no-nonsense approach of the faculty.
What would you say to prospective students who are thinking about applying to this program?
Go for it! HSU is food for the mind as well as the soul.
