Job description: As a Ranger in Santa Cruz County, I work in a very diverse area. Being a State Park Ranger is unique in that I do everything from interpretation and maintenance to performing arrests and medical rescues. It is an exciting career with a lot of opportunities to work anywhere in the state. Plus, I get to wear a cool Stetson.

If you have questions in a class, communicate with your Professor. They’re here to help, but you have to be willing to reach out and get it.
Use this time to create a solid resume. Build it with related summer jobs and internships.
