Sara Hanna
Lecturer - Geospatial Science
My research interests are wide-ranging but are generally focused on landscape ecology, climate change and the use of remote sensing and geospatial technology to analyze and solve real-world issues. I enjoy teaching geospatial analysis to a wide range of students and encouraging students to use technology to explore and analyze issues that are important to them.
As well as teaching at Humboldt, I am also the on-campus coordinator for the L.W. Schatz Demonstration Tree Farm and a member of the Humboldt Institute for Spatial Analysis, Modeling and Monitoring and an FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilot.
