View Data for Drop-in Advisees

Introduction

This guide illustrates how to locate details for students for whom you are not a primary advisor.

Procedure

1. Login to the Faculty Center using your Humboldt ID (abc123).

2. Select the Advisor Center tab in the Faculty Center.

3. Select the View Data for Other Students botton in the Advisor Center.

4. Enter the student's Humboldt number in the ID field and select Search.

5. You will be presented with the Advisee's Student Center, which provides their class schedule and additional information.
