Young artists will experience art from cultures around the world. Participants will learn the cultural significance of each artwork through interactive activities derived from creative practices of various continents.
Each Saturday, students will focus on a new continent and experiment with many different art styles and materials, all provided by the program. Students will develop skills in creativity and dexterity by exploring paper mache, fabric, weaving, paint, and more. At the end of each week, artists will have an amazing new piece of artwork to take home.
This supportive environment encourages young artists to create memories with new buddies, as well as gain confidence in their art skills. Participants will thrive in their creative endeavors and gain new wisdom in worldwide and cultural art.
