NETWORK AND PRINTING PROBLEMS WITH WINDOWS LAPTOPS AND TABLETS

October 7, 2015

The software used by HSU to enable you to easily access campus resources when you're off campus is causing problems with connectivity while Windows laptops and tablets are being used on campus. This is resulting in some people being unable to print or access shared or network drives. ITS has developed a fix that enables affected computers and tablets to work normally on campus, so if you're experiencing connectivity problems with your Windows device(s), please contact the Technology Help Desk right away at x4357 and we'll get a technician over to get you back in business.

ITS is also offering a temporary alternative approach for accessing campus resources from off campus so if this is something you need, ask the technician who comes out to fix your connectivity problem.
