What happened: 
** Update as of 10:48am, service has been restored. Suddenlink CPE lost sync with the DOCSIS 3 neighborhood node for unknown reasons. Logs show issues with sync in the last ten days. A Suddenlink technician has been dispatched to check signal levels ASAP. ** Unknown at this time. TNS is investigating. Check back for updates.
