Humboldt County Property Management Companies
Working with a property management company can help make the process of finding and applying for a rental property more straightforward, especially when looking from a distance. Off-Campus Housing has compiled a list of property management companies in the Humboldt area which can be accessed online or in .pdf format. The list contains information about application fees, hours, and contact information, including hyperlinked websites for those companies that have an online presence.
Weekly Rental Listings Newsletter
Each week, Off Campus Housing gathers listings from the major rental listing sources including Craigslist, Facebook, local property management companies, and independent property owners to streamline the process of searching for rental listings for our students. Students can sign up to receive the newsletter every Friday by email. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, please email housingliaison@humboldt.edu to be removed from our list.
Roommate Bulletin
Off-Campus Housing features roommate profiles for students in our Weekly Rental Listings Newsletter! Simply fill out the Roommate Search Form and we'll add you to our Off-Campus Housing Weekly Rental Listings Newsletter. This way, you can connect with fellow students looking for housemates! In addition to the newsletter, students can create an online roommate profile and actively search for potential roommates on the Off-Campus Housing Marketplace powered by RentCollegePads!
Students must use their humboldt.edu email address to complete the roommate search form and sign-up for the Off-Campus Housing Marketplace powered by RentCollegePads. If you are an incoming new or transfer student, be sure to contact the ITS help desk if you need help getting your university Gmail account setup.
