Connect, Plan, Thrive - Get Advised! The Academic Advising Center (AAC) is the hub for holistic and proactive academic advising at Cal Poly Humboldt. Students are encouraged to meet with their academic advisor regularly for support with a diverse range of topics including academic planning and success strategies, university policy navigation, and campus resources.

Welcome, Incoming Freshmen & Transfer Students!
If you have questions about your admissions or aid, please contact the Office of Admission & Aid at (866) 850-9556 or apply@humboldt.edu. If you need to change your major, please visit your Applicant Status Page on your MyHumboldt. On this page you can view admission status updates, apply for scholarships, update personal information, accept admission and more.
First-time Freshmen Students:
Please complete your online Canvas registration tutorial prior to reaching out for academic advising support. The tutorial will provide valuable information about Place-based Learning Communities, how to enroll in fall classes, and more. Once you have completed the tutorial we look forward to supporting you with fall class scheduling and any other questions via email at new-student-reg@humboldt.edu and/or Zoom Drop-in Advising:
