Workplace Bullying Workshop

A 2010 study found that 35% of the U.S. workforce report being bullied at work. Workplace bullying adds undue stress and conflict to the work environment and thereby reduces worker effectiveness. This workshop will look at some examples of bullying, offer a definition of bullying, guide individuals on recognizing and responding to bullying, and offer some organizational strategies to dealing with bullying in the workplace.
