Voicemail to Email is Here!

January 11, 2018

If you would like the option to receive your voicemail messages in the form of audio (.wav) files in your email inbox, this service is now available on request. Signing up for voicemail-to-email means you’ll be able to easily review voicemail messages via your computer or mobile device whenever and wherever you have an internet connection. Note, however, that other voicemail management – forwarding, deleting, greetings recording, etc – will still need to be managed from your phone.

To register for the service, please contact your Key Advisor. They will note your mailbox number and email address, and ask you whether you would like to have the message light on your desk phone disabled – otherwise it will keep flashing after you’ve received your voicemails via email until you manually delete the messages from your phone. All other voicemail management controls will remain unchanged.

Important Note
Voicemail messages can contain personally identifiable information (PII) that must remain confidential. If you sign up for this service and believe you may receive messages with this type of information, you should record a new voicemail greeting informing callers to not leave confidential information, such as passwords, in their voicemail messages.

If you have any questions about this new service, please contact your Key Advisor.
