Upcoming Help Desk Ticketing System Outage

KBOX, the software that drives the HSU Help Desk ticketing system, will be offline for a security upgrade from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15. This means campus users will be unable to create, update, or view tickets during this time.

Non-urgent requests for assistance can still be submitted at www.humboldt.edu/tech-help but will not be responded to until the system is back up. Urgent requests for technical support should be made in person to the Technology Help Desk at LIB101 or called in to x4357.
