Commencement is rapidly approaching – a day all about the graduates and their proud parents and families. Staff plays an important role in the success of our students, so if you want to be involved on this special day, there may be work available for you performing a variety of commencement-related activities.

The President has approved overtime, CTO, or schedule adjustments for those willing to help out during the Commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 12. Supervisors, if staff from your area can be assigned to work during Commencement without disrupting the operations of your unit, please invite them to contact Kristen Gould or Stephanie Lane, the Commencement co-coordinators, at the contact info below.

Additional staff members are needed to work one, two, or all three ceremonies. Staff who would like to work on Saturday are asked to make arrangements with their supervisor and contact Kristen or Stephanie no later than April 27 so that they can be told if overtime hours will be paid out or compensated with CTO. All interested staff will be accepted to work during commencement on a first come-first serve basis.
