Student course evaluations will be emailed to students for completion beginning Monday, April 25 through Sunday, May 8. The ​complete ​schedule is as follows:

• Launch: Monday, April 25 at 9 AM.

• Three student reminders: April 28, May 3 and May 8 at 9 AM. Reminders cease once student responds.

• Response notification to faculty: On May 2 at 9 AM, a notification is sent to faculty if response rate is less than 75%. If you receive this message, prompt your students to respond.

• Ends: Sunday, May 8 at 11:59 PM.

​ The best way to insure a good response rate and receive thoughtful feedback is to communicate the importance and value of completing the course evaluation.
 

If you discover than an online evaluation has not been sent to students enrolled in your class, please email Violet (vnm3) or Julie (jlt7002) to get that set up for you without further delay.
