As a result of updating the campus phone system last weekend, ITS uncovered several problems that they have been working since Saturday to fix. As of today (January 3), the majority of services, including voicemail and caller ID, have been stabilized and are working normally.  

Campus users experiencing problems with their phone or voicemail should submit a support request to the Technology Help Desk at www.humboldt.edu/tech-help or call x4357.
