Over the years the ITS website had sprawled every which way, racking up over 3,000 pages of content. Thanks to the guidance of former CSU Monterey Bay user experience expert Liz MacDonald and a dedicated group of campus volunteers, the project team has whittled the site size down to around 100 pages!

The new site is organized into six logical areas and delivers a streamlined user experience that will provide visitors with the information they’re looking for quickly and painlessly. And unlike the old site, this site features responsive design, which means it’s fully compatible with mobile browsers on phones and tablets.     

You’ll find the new site at its.humboldt.edu, but don’t worry if you’ve bookmarked useful pages on the old site – those will be automatically redirected to the equivalent page on the new site. If you can’t find what you need, let the web team know via the feedback form that’s accessible on every page of the new site.
