The Multicultural Leadership Summit: Share, Dismantle, Build Saturday, Jan. 23, 9am-5pm

The summit is an all-day retreat for student leaders on campus, where they will have an opportunity to come together and develop their leadership skills, hear from inspiring speakers, and connect with one another. Participation is free and space is limited so apply now!

Keynote speaker: Tiffany Dena Loftin is an outspoken advocate for social justice and previously served as the President of the United States Student Association (USSA), a non-profit organization focused on issues of education justice that represents more than a million students nationwide. A native of Los Angeles and graduate of UC Santa Cruz, Tiffany has experience training student leaders to amplify their voices and has helped coordinate grassroots campaigns that mobilize the masses. Tiffany currently works as a coordinator in the Civil, Human & Women's Rights department of the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), the largest federation of unions in the United States and was recently appointed to President Obama's Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for African Americans.
