ITS has now acquired the necessary new licenses for the voicemail system and is testing the upgraded software to ensure that everything is working as expected. The new server has unfortunately triggered a new set of message waiting light incidents, but these are expected to be resolved when the cut over to the upgraded software takes place, currently scheduled for the weekend of April 15, 2017.
